No. The point isn’t to fire people — it’s to stop paying senior operators to do work that doesn’t need a human. We remove the work that’s beneath your team so they can focus on what only humans can do.
Zapier is plumbing. It connects tools. What we build is a system — architected around how your business actually runs, with AI workers that make decisions, not just move data. You’ll likely still use Zapier (or n8n, or Make) underneath. But it won’t be the thing holding it all together.
The hour gives you the roadmap in 60 minutes and a written follow-up within 48 hours. The build is 4–6 weeks from kickoff to handover, with the system installed and the team trained before we leave.
30 days of support is included with every build. Most systems we ship run untouched for months. We document everything so your team can maintain it. If you want ongoing support beyond 30 days, we’ll quote a retainer at handover — not before.

The hour is $550 flat — paid at booking. The build starts at $4,500 and scales with scope (number of AI workers, integrations, complexity). We quote the full build after the architecture call, not before — pricing a build before we’ve seen the inside of the business is how agencies overcharge and under-deliver. If pricing matters before applying, book the hour first.
